USDT at Rollbit: Two Ways a Correct-Looking Deposit Is Lost
Rollbit’s help centre makes two separate statements about deposits that do not arrive. One concerns the network. The other concerns the amount. This note sets them side by side because a sender can make either mistake while doing everything else right.
Both statements come from Rollbit’s own help articles: the one on how to deposit, and the one on deposit and withdrawal minimums and fees.
What happens if the network is wrong?
The word to notice is “generally”. Funds are generally unrecoverable, which leaves room for a case where they are not, and the page does not describe that case. What it offers instead is a remedy that works only before the send: if you are unsure, ask the support team first.
“When you deposit please ensure you only deposit via the correct network as funds are generally unrecoverable if sent via the wrong network. If you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our 24/7 support team.”

Which networks can USDT be sent on?
The deposit article lists Bitcoin, Ethereum with the note “ERC-20 network only”, Litecoin, Solana, Rollbit Coin, and “An array of ERC-20 Tokens including USDT + USDC”. So the network the page ties to USDT is ERC-20. It names no other network for USDT, and it does not say that others are refused; it is silent, which is a different thing.
Check the minimum deposit amount
The second statement is written in capitals: minimum deposit amounts exist, deposits below them will not credit, and support cannot recover them. For stable coins the article gives one figure, a minimum deposit of $5 USD, and names USDC, USDT, DAI and PYUSD under it.
The same article says Rollbit charges no fee on deposits and that the sender pays on-chain gas when sending from the source address. A test transfer therefore has to clear $5 to count as a deposit at all; a smaller one is exactly the loss the capitals describe.
“Stable coins all have a minimum deposit of $5 USD.”

What stays out of this note
Rollbit’s welcome terms, rollover rules and licence details are not here. The articles read were about money moving in and out, and a figure from anywhere else would have had to be taken on trust.
