USDT Payment Troubleshooting: The Deposit Has Not Appeared
A deposit that does not appear is either late, rejected or somewhere the cashier is not looking. Which of the three it is can be told in a few minutes from the chain itself, before anyone at the operator has to be asked.
This guide gives the order to look in, and the details a support team needs to be able to help.
Find the transaction on the right explorer
Take the hash from the wallet and look it up on the explorer for the network you used. Duelbits’s own table names the ones it uses: etherscan.io for Ethereum, bscscan.com for Binance Smart Chain, tronscan.org for Tron, solscan.io for Solana. A hash is only known on its own chain. If the explorer says it has never heard of the hash, you are on the wrong explorer or the transfer did not go out.
Four reasons a deposit stays invisible
It may still be confirming: Roobet says USDT needs three confirmations and gives no estimate for how long they take. It may be below the minimum, in which case Cloudbet says it will not be credited and Rollbit says support cannot recover it. It may have gone to a network the cashier does not watch, which Duelbits lists as a cause of failed deposits and irretrievable funds. Or it may have left out something the route needs, such as a memo on a network that uses one.
What to send to support
One message, with everything in it: the transaction hash, the network, the amount, the address you sent to, the time, and a screenshot of the cashier screen as it was when you copied the address. Say what you chose, not what you think happened. A request that can be answered by looking up a hash gets answered faster than one that has to be asked three questions first.
Recovery offers you did not ask for
Anyone who contacts you offering to get a lost transfer back, for a fee in advance or for your wallet’s recovery phrase, is not helping. Nobody legitimate needs the phrase, ever, and a fee paid to a stranger for recovery is a second loss on top of the first.
Cashier notes to read next
Roobet
Names USDT inside a closed coin list and says lost funds follow anything outside it; says nothing about networks.
Rollbit
A one-sentence warning about the network, and a five-dollar floor below which support cannot recover a deposit.
Cloudbet
Seven USDT networks in the operator’s own currency configuration, and a different withdrawal floor on each.
Quick answers
| Does a confirmed transaction mean the casino received it? | Confirmed means the chain recorded it. Credited means the cashier saw it on a chain it watches. The two can differ. |
